New Business Director
30 Years sales experience, Tara truly understands what it takes to deliver customer services excellence. She spent 17 years working with Corporate and Public Sector customers managing their extremely high expectations. Tara has the ability to influence and manage complex stakeholder relationships, gaining buy in at all levels.
Her success is largely due to strong business ethics and open dialogue, enabling her to build long-term relationships with customers and individuals alike. Her enthusiasm is contagious, which is reflected by her team who always
go the extra mile.
Finance & Admin Manager
25 Years - has a wealth of experience working as an effective Billings, Credit Control and Admin Manager. Dependable, enthusiastic and conscientious self-starter with a can-do attitude, hard working and reliable. Responds well to change, while adding value to management, colleagues and the business as a whole. A dedicated and trustworthy team player who is equally comfortable working unsupervised and stepping in to Manage the office on a regular basis.
Training Account Manager
Carly originally came from an AV background where she started off in purchasing and moved her way in to Account Management. She is a highly motivated, confident and very likeable individual who has been assisting both new and existing customers with their training needs for 9 years. She is an excellent account manager, easily establishing a good rapport and delivers the right solution by working closely with the customer to ensure nothing has been missed.
20 Years of working in HR and L&D - My
key responsibilities involve understanding the training we need to create for our customers, the preparation requirements and enrolment process for all candidates.
Reading company documentation and keeping up to date with current standards to ensure everything we deliver is correct and meets
the customers needs. I work closely with our sales team to ensure a quality of service from business take on to the delivery of the training programmes and any post course support.

Bella prides herself on her ability to build strong, positive relationships with our delegates and stakeholders which, results in maximising the impact of both the training and coaching. Her interest in psychometric profiling and NLP equips her to support individuals, identifying their goals, overcome their barriers and to be their best. She was a “ highly commended” finalist in the HR Excellence Awards 2019 for her L&D training strategy for trainee recruiters.

Fiona has worked in Learning and Development since 2002 and is qualified Trainer and Coach with substantial experience across a wide variety of industries from engineering to travel and in both private and public sectors. Fiona has extensive experience of consulting, designing and across Europe and delivers a wide variety of personal, management and leadership development topics. Since qualifying as an Emotional Intelligence practitioner in 2008 she has worked extensively in the area of Emotional Intelligence and Wellbeing. Fiona believes that creating a healthy working environment where employees feel valued, engaged and motivated will get the very best results.
